Question 1: The PMU is not getting synchronized using PTP though connection scenario was explained using directly connecting IEEE1588 port to GPS or via L3 Switch having PTP compliance. PMU configuration file and Wireshark log attached.

PTP master clock's transport protocol is incompatible with the PM180 PMU PTP port. The PM180 PMU uses PTP transport over Layer 2 Ethernet (IEEE 802.3), IEEE 1588-2008, Annex F (see PM180 PMU Application note) while your PTP master clock operates over network Layer 3 UDP/IP.
Question 2: in IEC60870-104 setting ,I am not getting cyclic transmission data to the masters neither spontaneous events for digital data. The setting is in configuration file.

See the PM180 IEC 60870-5 reference guide for information on configuring spontaneous/cyclic transmission. Note that the port can be configured for two redundant logic connections with the controlling station using two different IP addresses for spontaneous/cyclic transmission. Select the same IP address for both connections when no redundancy mode is required (both IP addresses must be defined to enable spontaneous/cyclic transmission).
Question 3: We need PMU to subscribe IEC61850 GOOSE message from another PMU which is publisher. Kindly give us notes and and supporting file for implementing the same as required by customers.
